At Zync Studios, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how Sky Snaps: Tiny Jet Builder (“we,” “our,” or “the game”) collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile game.

1. Information We Collect

a. User-Provided Information

To enable social features such as leaderboards and profile persistence, we collect:

Username: A public alias you choose to represent yourself on the leaderboard.
SkyID: A unique, generated alphanumeric tag used to identify your profile.
Format Example: #A1B2C3 (A hash symbol followed by six random letters or numbers).

b. Automatically Collected Data

Integrated services (Google AdMob, Firebase, and Google Play Services) collect certain data to ensure game functionality:

Device type, model, and operating system version.
Advertising ID (for ad frequency capping and personalization).
Authentication identifiers (Firebase Anonymous UID and Google Play ID) to secure your progress.

c. Gameplay Data

We store gameplay-related stats in the cloud (Firebase and Google Play Snapshots), including high scores, star counts, unlocked jet parts, and daily reward timestamps.

2. How We Use Information

Syncing your progress across devices via Google Play Games.
Displaying your alias, SkyID, and high score on the Top 30 Leaderboard.
Serving rewarded and banner advertisements through Google AdMob.
Preventing exploits (such as time-manipulation for rewards).

3. Data & Account Deletion

We provide users with full control over their data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data through the following methods:

Manual Request (Firebase & Leaderboard):
To permanently remove your high scores, username, and SkyID from our Firebase servers, please email us at zyncstudios.dev@gmail.com. In your email, please provide your 6-character SkyID (found on the Main Menu or Leaderboard, e.g., #ABC123).

Once a request is verified, we will purge all associated records from our database within 7 business days.

4. Third-Party Services

The game uses the following third-party services which process data according to their own policies:

Google AdMob: Advertisement delivery.
Google Firebase: Leaderboard and real-time data management.
Google Play Games Services: Identity authentication and cloud save storage.

5. Children’s Privacy

Sky Snaps: Tiny Jet Builder is designed to be family-friendly and is suitable for children aged 3 and up. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (such as real names, addresses, or emails) from children. Our data collection is limited to non-identifiable gameplay stats and pseudonymous IDs for saving progress.

6. Security

All data transmitted between the game and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. While we use industry-standard measures to protect your data, no method of digital storage is 100% secure.
